Come together for a rare opportunity to explore our role as yoga teachers and therapists. What does it mean to be a teacher? Does our role necessitate that we be more elevated and spiritually awakened than our students? Can we have faults and imperfections? Is it egotistical to guide others? What are our credentials? Do we have enough training? Experience?
In this workshop we draw upon the timeless teachings from the Yoga Sutras, Bhagavad Gita and the subtle practices of pranayama, imagery, and deep relaxation, to enlighten us as how to remain in our own power while simultaneously guiding and setting boundaries with our students. As the process unfolds the fruit of compassion is present for those that come to us, as well as for ourselves, as we hold the space for each to experience the light within.
